


In all cases, each registration contains a $5 robotevents processing fee that is not refundable. No-show teams are still responsible for submitting their registration fees. It is expected that teams utilize the robotevents system to handle event payments prior to attending the event. Any other refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. In the event of an event cancellation, team registrations will be refunded.

We will also update the "EVENT INFORMATION" tab to read "CANCELED / RESCHEDULED" at the top.ĭepending on the circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule, rather than outright cancel an event, and that will be done on a case by case basis depending on the schedule and space availability. While sometimes weather can be unpredictable, usually we will make a decision by 4:00pm the day before the event, if not earlier.
